The Alentejo Wine Sustainability Programme (PSVA) certification allows sustainable practices to be translated into real competitive advantages, positioning Alentejo wines in increasingly demanding markets shaped by ESG criteria.

This certification is based on the independent validation of the organisation’s sustainability performance, covering the entire value chain — from vineyard to final product — and promoting consistency, control and continuous improvement.

How to apply
To apply for this certification, the operator must follow these steps:

• Request the application form by email at agricert@agricert.pt;
• Once the completed application form has been submitted, Agricert will issue the quotation;
• Confirm acceptance of the quotation with the Certification Body;
• Sign a contract between the Certification Body and the operator.
