






DGADR has published the 2026 list of species authorised for the use of non-organic plant reproductive material, whenever organic plant reproductive material is not available on the market, under point 1.8.5.7 of Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/848.
The authorisation covers vegetable and agricultural species, fruit trees, vine planting material (Vitis spp.), and mixtures (forage and non-forage).
Operators making use of this general authorisation are required to:
Agricert recommends that this information be incorporated into 2026 sowing plans from the outset, ensuring documentary evidence and traceability of the material used, in line with Organic Production requirements.
